Wisco has the capability to fabricate a prototype of your stamped part so you can prove out your design before investing in tooling. We can also produce low volumes without tooling to meet the ramp up stage volumes of your new product.
Wisco is certified to meet all your short run low volume and long run high volume needs. If your part is simple or requires a complex progressive die with in-press assembly; Wisco can deliver.
Most of our presses are equipped with coil unloaders and straighteners, servo drive feeders, Nitrogen cushions an die protection systems which help increase die life and reduce tooling costs. We use standard bases for the tooling to allow for quick change out.
