Wisco Industries partners closely with OEM customers to develop, refine, and implement continuous improvements to existing manufacturing processes. By collaborating early in the production cycle — or after initial production runs — we identify opportunities to improve efficiency, enhance quality, reduce costs, and streamline operations. Our engineering and production teams work side-by-side with customers to ensure process improvements are integrated seamlessly while maintaining the highest quality and performance standards.

To sustain and expand our lean manufacturing initiatives, Wisco Industries established a dedicated 5-S Steering Team composed of employees from across the organization. This team leads by example and drives continuous improvement efforts throughout the company.

To lead and promote a stronger, more efficient Wisco Industries through the implementation of 5-S lean manufacturing practices, with the goal of increasing both customer and employee satisfaction. Working closely with our Food Service group in streamlining their processes.
