For over 75 years Wisco has specialized in metal stamping technology and services. Our engineering, quality, tooling, and production experts are up-to-date on all of the latest advancements, with a commitment to Wisco’s high quality standards. Wisco Industries has been ISO certified since 2001. We are currently ISO 9001:2015.
We work with many OEM companies from diverse industries including aircraft, marine, food service equipment, construction and a variety of other industrial product companies. Materials most used in stamping and fabrication are Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Copper and Brass.
Our presses range from 38 Ton to 330 Ton with progressive, compound and secondary dies. Wisco can form most metals from 0.010 – .375 thick. Most presses are equipped with servo drive feeders and die protection systems to protect your tooling and ensure long die life.
On new, existing or redesigned parts, assemblies or products the Wisco team will work with you through all stages of your project; from concept development through high volume-long run production. We have the capabilities to do high volume complex multi-station progressive dies with in-press assembly that have the capacity to produce millions of parts annually.
